Services
Service requests submitted through this website or by phone are appointment requests, not confirmed bookings until we contact you to schedule. Diagnostic fees and repair price ranges shown on this site are estimates only; final pricing is confirmed with you before repair work begins.
Scheduling and Cancellations
Please provide at least 6 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. A missed appointment without notice may be subject to a $20 fee.
Payments
Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements, such as landlord or property manager billing, are agreed to in advance. We accept cash and cards.
Warranty
Completed repairs are covered by our written repair warranty, provided at the time of service. This warranty covers parts and labor for the specific repair performed and does not cover unrelated issues or normal wear.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Abilene Appliance Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Our liability for completed repair work is limited to the terms of the written repair warranty provided at the time of service.
