About Abilene Appliance Solutions
We’re a locally owner-operated appliance repair company built on one idea: tell customers the truth about their appliance, even when the truth is “this isn’t worth fixing.”
Call (325) 331-8855Why We Started This Company
Daniel founded Abilene Appliance Solutions in 2015 after 10+ years working as an appliance technician, tired of watching larger companies push customers toward a costly replacement when an honest repair would have done the job. That experience shaped how this company operates.
We’re not a franchise and not a call center routing you to whoever’s closest. We’re a locally owner-operated business, and the person who answers your call is the same company that stands behind the repair.
What We Believe
Honesty Before Upselling
We diagnose the actual problem before we recommend anything, and we’ll tell you when repair doesn’t make financial sense rather than talk you into it anyway.
Clear Pricing, No Surprises
You approve the cost before we start. What we quote is what you pay.
Respect for Your Home and Your Time
We give real arrival windows, not an all-day guess, and we treat your home the way we’d want ours treated.
Doing It Right the First Time
A repair that fails again in three weeks isn’t a repair, it’s a delay. We test the actual fix before we consider the job done.
Who We Work With
Abilene is a mix of longtime homeowners, renters, military families, and property managers, and we built this business to work for all of them.
Homeowners
If you own a home with an aging refrigerator, we’ll tell you honestly whether it’s worth fixing.
Renters
We can work directly with your landlord and provide documented invoices.
Dyess AFB Families
New to town and don’t have a repair company you trust yet? We’re glad to earn that trust with straightforward pricing on your first call.
Property Managers
We offer the fast turnaround and paperwork that keeps tenants from going without a working appliance.
Local, Not Just Local Sounding
We’re not a national brand with a local-sounding website. Daniel has worked on appliances across Abilene neighborhoods and out through the surrounding Big Country towns. That matters for more than just directions — knowing the local conditions is part of how we diagnose problems accurately on the first visit instead of guessing.
Abilene’s water runs very hard, according to the city’s own water utility — that speeds up mineral buildup in dishwashers, ice makers, and washing machine valves faster than in most cities.
Summers here regularly hit triple digits, which pushes refrigerators and air conditioners harder for longer stretches than in milder climates.
